Amy joined The Sundaes in 2014 taking on the role of Strawberry Sundae. Originally from Croydon, she trained in Musical Theatre at KSA Performing Artsbefore going on to have a guest role in the sitcom ‘Meet the Adebanjos’. She then spent time as a children’s’ entertainer at Park Dean and Park Resorts. This led to a role as a vocalist at the Wild Theme Park Fantasy Island in Skegness. Alongside performing, Amy teaches performing to children of all ages.

Her time in The Sundaes has seen her spend two season in Majorca, as well as appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in front of a sell-out crowd. The Sundaes Fringe show earned them several 5-star reviews, and since then they have toured up and down the country, something Amy loves doing.

'Being part of The Sundaes has given me the opportunity to "shake what my mama gave me". Its gave me brilliant experiences with empowering girls, which is what it’s all about in the end. Strawberry and the real me are not a million miles apart, but you’ll have to work that one out for yourselves’.
